Warehouse Manager
As the Warehouse Manager you will oversee all operations within a warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods by managing inventory levels, coordinating staff, and maintaining safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the receiving process, checking quantity and quality of incoming goods.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Performing inventory and part audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Designing and optimizing warehouse layout for efficient product flow.
- Managing warehouse equipment and maintenance schedules.
- Implementing and monitoring quality control procedures.
- Hiring, training, and developing warehouse staff.
- Assigning tasks and monitoring employee performance.
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
- Generating reports on warehouse performance metrics (e.g., productivity, accuracy, on-time delivery).
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
A valid drivers license with clean driving record is required.
Standards: Ability to follow standards as outlined in the cb20 Company Manual.
Skills: Ability to thoroughly and accurately perform inventory and asset recording and complete paperwork as required by customer. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Lifting: Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Working time: 40 hours/week. All other times as defined by the demands of the customers and departments needs.
