Job Details

What You Will Be Doing

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for diverse patient populations
Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and families
Provide evidence-based therapy (individual, group, and family counseling)
Coordinate care with primary care providers, psychiatrists, and community resources
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to support integrated care

Skills You Need

Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
Proficiency in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Experience with diverse populations and health disparities
