Position Summary 
Assess, design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training using proven instructional design methodology, adult learning 
principles for mixed delivery methods (instructor-led, beb-based, and distance learning). Ensure overall quality, 
effectiveness, and trouble-free deliver of multiple courseware projects, on time and within budget. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: 
• Assist with the evaluation of training effectiveness
• Deliver Training
• Provide user support for training programs and applications
• Track, prioritize, and follow up on multiple projects to ensure course revisions are completed accurately, and 
that issues are resolved quickly.
• Develop learning content management systems (LCMS) to facilitate e-learning objectives and monitoring goals.
• Assist in developing, designing and administering curricula or certification processes
• Design and deliver content and measurement for a broad range of technical and non-technical skills 
development modules
• The technologist implements course designs and revisions, assists with course setup, and helps troubleshoot 
technical issues
