Delivery Driver - Special Offer for New Hires!

$2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS (for drivers starting between 11/10/25 - 11/26/25)

Blue Thunder Logistics LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for hardworking and responsible people to join our first-class delivery team! As an independent partner with Amazon, our drivers deliver packages - and smiles - to customers in the North Central Wisconsin area. We're seeking safe and reliable drivers to help us deliver every Amazon order on time and with outstanding customer service. We provide everything you need to succeed including paid training, uniforms, delivery vehicle, gas card, and phone (for use while on route).

We operate out of the Amazon Station in Weston, Wisconsin and are hiring for both seasonal and year-round opportunities.

Compensation:

• Starting at $22.00 per hour
• $2,000 sign on bonus if you start between 11/10/25 and 11/26.25

Schedule:

• 4 day work week
• 10 hour shifts
• Additional shifts/days available
• Weekends available
• 10:00 AM start time

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must consent to a drug test (THC excluded).
• Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery van, GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less (no CDL or special licensing required).
• Must be able to deliver packages up to 75 lbs. without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to easily enter and exit a vehicle without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be comfortable driving in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Follow safety and quality standards on and off the road at all times.
• Use handheld devices to navigate routes, deliver packages, and manage the overall delivery process.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner.
