Senior Phlebotomist

Requirement/Must Have:

• Ability to produce quality, error-free work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call as needed.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (if applicable).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel for training or work at multiple locations.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections (required).
• 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment (preferred).
• Customer service experience in a retail or service setting (strongly preferred).
• Keyboarding and data entry experience.

Qualification And Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic (preferred).
