Account Manager -Building Services

Job Summary

We’re seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee janitorial service quality across multiple client sites. This role combines customer service, quality control, and administrative coordination — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and making a visible impact.

Responsibilities

• Meet with building tenants to ensure satisfaction
• Conduct regular cleaning inspections and quality control checks
• Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues
• Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence
• Generate supply inventory and maintenance reports
• Travel locally between client sites (clean driving record required)

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Management or supervisory experience preferred
• Familiarity with janitorial or facilities maintenance is helpful but not required

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
• Occasional weekends with overtime pay
• Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
