About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiologist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Kentucky. This opportunity starts Dec 1, 2025, and features a Monday through Friday onsite schedule from 8am to 5pm EST. The radiologist will provide both interventional and general radiology services, with a focus on procedures such as fluoroscopy, biopsies, and drain placements.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform fluoroscopic procedures, including BE, UGI, Mod BAS, SMB, and more
- Record fluoroscopy procedures and submit to PACS for radiologist review
- Conduct interventional procedures such as:
- Paracentesis and thoracentesis
- Chest tube placements
- CT-guided biopsies (kidney, bone, liver, lung, etc.)
- Ultrasound-guided biopsy/aspiration (excluding breast)
- Myelograms and spinal punctures
- Arthrograms (hip, shoulder, wrist, knee)
- Fluoroscopy-guided aspirations
- CT-guided drain tube placements
- Fluoroscopy-guided G-tube placements
- Tunnel catheters and trialysis catheters
- CT-guided percutaneous nephrostomy tube placement
Additional Information
- Must hold active Kentucky medical license
- Board certification in Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology is required
