Associate Attorney Associate Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing high-quality legal services to our clients, focusing on litigation and ensuring compliance with legal standards. This role is crucial for supporting our firm's objectives and achieving favorable outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings
  • Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies
  • Engage in written discovery and manage responses to discovery requests
  • Represent clients in court and during mediations
  • Review and analyze legal issues and provide recommendations based on findings
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of case files
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the State Bar and in good standing
  • 1-3 years of experience in litigation preferred
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
