About the Role:
Medadventures is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide hands-on support for occupational therapy plans in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This role is perfect for a team player who values improving patients' independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans designed by an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Provide rehabilitation services to help patients regain mobility and functional independence.
• Accurately document treatment progress and patient responses.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Valid COTA certification and state licensure.
• Experience in a SNF setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
