Claims Leader Shreveport

Independent agency is hiring a Claims Leader that has experience with the independent insurance agency side of things. Ideally, a team leader who can oversee the 2 Claims Advocates they currently have, organize the department and draft/implement formal workflows & procedures.
 
They need to have experience in managing people, Property & Casualty claims, loss control/risk management services, and developing workflows/efficiencies for managing claims.
