- Answer and route incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document handling.
- Assist with ordering office supplies and monitoring inventory levels.
- Support company events and meetings by preparing materials and coordinating logistics.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper check-in and check-out procedures.
- Read and interpret purchase orders.
- Communicate with customers or suppliers.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to support daily office operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Office administration or manufacturing a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand purchase orders, job travelers, and related documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic database software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to help where needed.
The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
