What this role will look like:

Effective Customer Support

  • Reach out to new and existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction with services, address any concerns, and assist with requested changes during follow-ups.
  • Scheduling qualified appointments with prospective clients.
  • Support the add-on process for unassigned customers or assist assigned reps as needed. Ensure smooth progression through the pipeline, create service tickets for equipment programming, shipment, or delivery.
  • Assist the sales team in closing deals, make individual sales efforts when time allows, and participate in referral-based or individual sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in HubSpot and Google Drive according to standards set by leadership. Perform other administrative duties as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned and needed.
  • Proactively pursue account renewals for customers not assigned to other reps through calls, on-site visits, and regular follow-ups.
  • Set a minimum of 8 customer follow-up/check-in appointments weekly and contact a minimum of 150 customers per day.

 

Team Member Contribution

  • Assist Colleagues where appropriate by sharing ideas and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the Improvement of Operations at Vested Networks.

 

Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with office software, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and Google Drive.
  • Comfortable with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and other publishing or document-handling tools.
  • Experience using multi-line phone systems and managing customer communications.
  • Previous customer service or sales support experience preferred.
