Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development and Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, sustainable Continuous Improvement
- Program, including strategy, documentation, and performance measures.
- Leadership and Team Mentorship
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through effective communication, training, and coaching.
- Process Improvement and Methodology
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and related methodologies to identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and improve productivity.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive operational excellence and standardize best practices.
- Performance Measurement and Analytics
- Analyze data and generate actionable insights to measure progress and outcomes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Change Management and Implementation:
- Lead change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Project and Resource Management:
- Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines to deliver high-impact results.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Operations Engineering (or related field).
- 4-6 years of experience in process or continuous improvement.
- Proven track record leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Proficiency with process mapping, data analysis, and project management tools.
