Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000

Key Responsibilities

• Support the month-end close and financial reporting process

• Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain performance changes

• Prepare contribution and fluctuation reports for management

• Assist with annual audits and maintain organized documentation

• Reconcile and manage key balance sheet accounts

• Prepare journal entries and analyze large data sets to ensure accuracy

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance

• Strong analytical and Excel skills

• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work independently

Preferred:

• Experience in hospitality, restaurant, food & beverage, or other multi-location industries
