Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating skid steers or other heavy machinery (required).
- Experience in snow removal or construction site prep preferred.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation (CDL a plus).
- Strong communication and time management skills; must be dependable and safety-minded.
- Availability for overnight, weekend, and on-call work during snow events.
Pay, Benefits & Perks

- Overtime opportunities during extended events (non-exempt hourly role).
- 401(k) with company match.
- Health, dental, vision, and life insurance (eligibility may vary by role/status).
- Paid time off (subject to role/status and accrual).
- On-the-job training, modern fleet, and a clear path to 2025 full-time work (asphalt, concrete, landscape).
Schedule
- Seasonal/on-call (8-12+ hour shifts during snow events).
- Variable hours including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Transition opportunities to regular daytime construction work after the winter season.
