Content Management Specialist (Dita/Sitecore) Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Content Management Specialist (Dita/Sitecore) for a contract position that can be worked 100% remotely. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension. Position Summary: Client is seeking a contractor to support content management operations across two enterprise content management systems (CMSs): Adobe Experience Manager Guides (DITA) and Sitecore. This role is critical to maintaining content for delivery to our websites and/or CDAPI/syndication during a multi-year system transition. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: The selected contractor will not write content but will be responsible for entering, formatting, and publishing content using structured markup and metadata standards. The contractors will also support dual maintenance workflows, ensuring content integrity across both CMSs. Qualifications: The Content Management Specialist requires a two (2) Year AA (associate's degree) in web design, computer science, or a related field Associate's degree or certificate that includes courses in Web publishing or design. Background in health or science-related information or understanding of medical terminology is helpful Preferred: Goals, Objectives, and Scope of Work: Enter and format structured content using DITA and HTML in AEM Guides and Sitecore. Work with Word documents, images, etc., for content updates and publishing. Apply and update metadata following system standards. QA to ensure we maintain synchronized content between Sitecore and AEM. Collaborate with analyst and specialist teammates to troubleshoot issues and meet deadlines. Strong understanding of HTML, DITA, and structured content workflows. Understanding of medical terminology.
