Assistant Superintendent

Assistant Superintendent person for 167-unit apartment building. Maintains building and grounds by providing housekeeping, grounds keeping, light apartment repairs/painting. Duties included but not limited to: * Maintains grounds by picking up papers and trash; cleaning parking lot and entrance to building. * Removes trash by emptying trash containers; transporting materials to disposal area; recycling materials. * Keeps cleaning equipment operational by following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines, completing operator repairs and parts replacement. * Maintains parts and equipment inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed parts; placing and receiving orders. * Maintains safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Skills/Qualifications: Lifting, Dependability, Customer Service, Safety Management, Professionalism, Productivity, Energy Level, Multi-tasking, Supply Management, Equipment Maintenance, Listening 40 Hour work week; Saturday through Wednesday; 8am to 5pm; on call Saturday/Sunday after 5pm.
