Driver Requirements

\n

\n
• Valid CDL A license
\n
• 6 months of tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years
\n

\n\n

OTR Company Drivers

\n

\n
• Top 10% of drivers earn $102,000* per year
\n
• Earn up to 68 CPM (including 8 CPM bonuses)
\n
• Base pay: 50-60 CPM
\n
• Base percentage pay: 31% + up to 2 CPM in bonuses
\n
• 5-7 days out, 34 hours at home
\n
• Paid Flatbed tarping and load securement training
\n
