Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Wilkes-Barre, PA 18706
Pay Rate: $16.60/hr
Schedule:

• Sunday–Tuesday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Wednesday–Saturday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM
  (1 candidate needed per shift)
  Type: 1-Month Contract-to-Hire (possible extension or full-time conversion)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves loading/unloading materials, handling inventory, swapping and maintaining batteries for pallet jacks, and keeping the work area clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Load/unload materials and assist with shipping and receiving.
• Perform labeling, scanning, and shelving of inventory.
• Operate forklifts and handle battery maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Perform light maintenance or general upkeep as needed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of warehouse or material handling experience.
• Forklift certification and PIT training required.
• Able to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills preferred.
