MasterMold is expanding, and we’re seeking Production Supervisors to lead key areas of our manufacturing operations across multiple shifts (Day and Night) and departments (including Paint, Press, Bonding, Assembly, and Finishing). Competitive Salary: Starting at $70,000/year, negotiable based on experience and shift assignment.

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation for assigned area and shift.
Lead, coach, and develop employees to build strong, capable teams.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and resolving process inefficiencies and defects.
Partner with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations and problem resolution.
Maintain accurate shift documentation and ensure seamless communication between shifts.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
Promote and enforce all environmental, safety, and company policies
A hands-on leader who motivates through example and clear communication.
Experienced in manufacturing or production environments, ideally with supervisory or lead experience.
Able to analyze issues, prioritize effectively, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
