Client: Digital Marketing Agency

Title: Workplace Operations Manager/ Office Manager

Location: New York, New York

Duration: ~11/17/25- 6/1/26

Our client, a large independent full-funnel marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Workplace Operations Manager. The role is part-time ~25hr/week Tuesday- Thursday.

Details:

Serve as the local point of contact for NY office management priorities.

Provide onsite support for NY office cultural initiatives such as Treat Yourself Tuesday, client partnered volunteer activities, Pitch Talk Wind Downs, Bagel Thursdays, etc. 

Own relationships with NY based vendors and landlord. Support effective and timely communication and operations between the Workplace Experience team and NY based partners. 

Serve as the point person for all onsite client and executive meetings in NY office (maintain conference rooms, support deliveries, etc). 

Welcome NY office employees and visitors.  

Qualifications:

2+ Years office or facilities management experience

Familiarity with G-Suite

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across multiple relationships and initiatives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide efficient support to external and internal guests.
