The practice is seeking a self-driven, collaborative practitioner: open toNP/PAs; to deliver exceptional patient care. Job Function:

• Outpatient Family Medicine - including Geriatrics and Pediatrics.
• Hospital Employed and work out of 1 clinic location.
• Join 7 other providers - call of 1:8.
• Salaried position with bonuses and full benefits.

Job Requirement:

• Must be Board Certified.
• Ideal candidate is FNP but will consider exp. family med PA.
