Controller | Bonus

LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with an SMB manufacturing client in Columbia looking for a Controller. This is a growing firm with an awesome plan ahead, and is looking for a Controller to add to that growth due to succession planning and help with process improvement. The ideal candidate has fantastic plant manufacturing experience and runway for growth.

Responsibilities:

· Financial Statements

· Month/Year End

· Reconciliations

· Look Out/Implement on Opportunities for Process Improvement

· Internal Controls

· GL Maintenance

· Financial Reporting

· Full Cycle AP & AR with Assistance

· Inventory

· WIP/Cost Accounting

· Ensure GAAP Compliance

· File Taxes

· Journal Entries

Qualifications:

· Bachelors in Accounting or Finance Required

· 5+ years' Progressive Accounting Experience Required, ideally in a plant and custom manufacturing environment

· CPA preferred

· Foundation in public accounting preferred
