Land Surveyor

We’re looking for a Licensed Land Surveyor (LLS) to join our team and play a key role in boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys. This position offers the chance to work on diverse land development projects while advancing your career in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Land Surveyor Responsibilities:

• Conduct boundary, topographic & ALTA surveys
• Operate GPS & total stations for accurate data collection
• Process survey data & prepare reports/plans
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers & clients
• Lead and guide survey crews

Land Surveyor Roles:

• Licensed Land Surveyor (NH) or eligible for licensure
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles & NH-BOLS Standards
• Skilled in modern survey instruments & software
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
