Position Summary: Evaluates patients and plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the professional practice of Occupational Therapy.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

· Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy

· Master of Occupational Therapy preferred

Minimum Experience

· Hospital experience preferred

Required Registration/License/Certification

· Current Kansas Occupational Therapist license or eligible for licensure

· CPR certification (Basic Cardiac Life Support [client-CPR for the Professional Rescuer] or Basic Life Support [American Heart Association-Health Care Provider] certification obtained within 90 days of employment

Shift - Day, 8hrs/day
