Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join the firm's Complex Litigation practice in New York, NY and Long Island, NY. This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement and the chance to work on high-profile matters for national clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including investigation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues in a team-oriented environment
• Provide strategic guidance and timely updates to clients
• Participate in mediations, court appearances, and settlement negotiations

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York Bar
• 3+ years of defense litigation experience, preferably in general liability, personal injury, transportation, or catastrophic injury defense
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex matters and build strong client relationships
