You’ll dive into logs, identify patterns, and escalate critical issues across cross-functional teams. Through this process, you’ll develop encyclopedic knowledge of our AI systems and frameworks — Spanning from server side architecture to on-device components. Information Intelligence team manages Search, a framework that powers millions of experiences daily. This roles requires someone who thrives on solving puzzles, has a genuine curiosity about how AI systems works and can synthesize complex issues into clear and actionable insights. **Minimum Qualifications** + Excellent written, verbal communication skills and an ability to work cross-functionally. + Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with great attention to details. + Bachelors in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. **Preferred Qualifications** + Previous experience in debugging, analyzing system logs, or crash reports + Experience with machine learning systems, AI technologies, or voice assistants. + Familiarity with macOS, iOS, or other Apple platforms and developer tools. + Familiarity with python and shell scripting Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
