About the Role

We’re seeking an organized, creative Marketing Assistant to support marketing initiatives and help drive customer engagement. Ideal for someone with experience in digital marketing, proposal development, content creation, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage access to bidding sites and track website inquiries.

· Maintain marketing materials (brochures, case studies, presentations).

· Update and promote company websites and social media.

· Coordinate company events and trade shows.

· Serve as primary contact for industry associations and partners.

· Support customer experience and ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· Experience with proposal or technical document creation.

· Manufacturing or power distribution industry knowledge a plus.

· Strong organizational and project management skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent communication skills.
