Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Security Escort Request (SER) and scheduling operations, ensuring accurate, on-time coverage across high-security high-rise and low-rise facilities.
- Lead weekly forecasting and scheduling activities, including long-range planning and shift optimization to reduce overtime and prevent weekend-only coverage gaps.
- Develop and maintain dynamic scheduling templates, trackers, and performance dashboards using Excel, Quip, and Smartsheets.
- Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline manual tasks such as ticket transcription, variance tracking, and data reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership to design scalable systems and processes that improve operational efficiency and support program growth.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports to track staffing variance, missed hours, and other performance metrics.
- Mentor and support Scheduling Coordinators, promoting professional growth and cross-functional skill development.
- Serve as a process improvement liaison, driving continuous improvement initiatives within security operations through data-driven, technology-focused solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in scheduling management, corporate security operations, or risk management.
- Strong understanding of security principles, access control workflows, and risk mitigation practices.
- Demonstrated experience with process design, data analytics, and workflow optimization.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Quip, or Smartsheets.
- Experience implementing automation or data reporting solutions is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates’ degree in Business Administration, Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in corporate or government security environments.
- Advanced Excel and/or data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
