• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and planning processes
• Analyze and interpret financial data to guide present and future decision-making
• Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership on strategic planning and forecasting
• Provide detailed P&L analysis, risk/opportunity assessments, and actionable insights
• Consolidate financials and support HQ reporting and deliverables
• Create ad hoc reports and presentations for executive leadership
• Recommend process improvements for reporting, budgeting, and analytics workflows
• Offer financial consulting for pricing strategies and special initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA a plus)
• 3-5 years of financial analysis experience
• Strong skills in Excel and financial systems (e.g., ERP, planning tools)
• Excellent communicator with a consultative mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
