Senior Tax Manager - Hybrid near Indianapolis, IN - $160K-$170K + Bonus

What you'll do:
• Oversee preparation and review of complex corporate, partnership, and individual returns
• Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals
• Provide strategic tax planning and compliance guidance to clients
• Partner with leadership on process improvement and technology initiatives

Ideal background:
• CPA preferred (or in progress)
• 7+ years of progressive tax experience, ideally in public or corporate setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Desire to work in a professional environment that promotes both excellence and balance
