Banquet Server

Job description:

Position Summary

We are looking for friendly, polished, and dependable Banquet Servers. You'll play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences by providing excellent table service during formal and semi-formal events.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet areas with linens, silverware, glassware, and décor
• Serve plated meals, buffet items, and beverages to guests
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the event
• Clear plates and reset tables efficiently between courses
• Follow the direction from the captains and event managers to ensure a smooth service flow
• Uphold the venue’s standards of professionalism and hospitality
• Assist in breakdown and cleanup at the end of events

Requirements

• Prior banquet or restaurant serving experience
• Comfortable carrying trays, standing for long periods, and working in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Professional appearance and a positive, guest-first attitude
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred qualifications:

• 6+ months of experience in the hospitality industry
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
