Grill Staff Job Description  

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grill Staff to join our team at our Bastrop location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure that all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and is visually appealing
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies as needed
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
