️ Associate Litigation Attorney – Community Association Law
A well-established law firm based in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its thriving community association litigation practice. This is a unique opportunity for attorneys passionate about real estate, property law, and representing homeowner and condominium associations.

Key Responsibilities
Represent community associations in a variety of litigation matters

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

Conduct legal research and analysis

Attend hearings, mediations, and trials

Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and support staff

Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active Georgia Bar license

2–5 years of litigation experience preferred

Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills

Interest in community association law or real estate litigation
