Ultrasound Technologist - Now Hiring

A-Line Staffing is now hiring an Ultrasound Technologist in Morristown, NJ.

Compensation

• The pay for this position is $50-$55 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available to full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is full time – general ultrasound schedule

Responsibilities

• Perform general ultrasound exams including abdomen, renal, head, neck, and pelvic/transvaginal exams
• Conduct musculoskeletal scanning (preferred but not required)
• Perform ultrasound-guided procedures such as paracentesis and joint (shoulder, etc.) imaging
• Maintain a safe and professional patient environment while ensuring accurate and high-quality imaging results
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure proper diagnosis and patient care
• Operate ultrasound equipment and maintain quality standards for imaging

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of an approved school for Ultrasonography
• Registered Ultrasonographer or registry-eligible
• Must hold registry in Physics and at least one specialty (Abdomen preferred, OB/GYN preferred, Neonatal or Vascular optional)
• CPR certified and active
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience , hospital setting preferred
• Experience in musculoskeletal ultrasound highly desired
• Strong attention to detail and excellent patient care skills
