\n\nJob Requirements\n

\n
• Active RN license (Labor & Delivery specialty required)\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience (OB nursing, maternal-newborn care)\n
• Current BLS certification\n
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts\n
• Compliance with onboarding requirements (background check, health screenings, competency testing)\n

\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum\n
• Continuous fetal monitoring and interpretation of fetal heart tracings (electronic fetal monitoring/EFM)\n
• Monitor patient vitals, maternal assessment, and newborn transition\n
• Assist with deliveries and support physicians and midwives during labor and birth\n
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and follow physician orders as needed\n
• Educate patients and families on postpartum care, breastfeeding, and newborn health\n
• Maintain accurate documentation, charting, and uphold patient confidentiality and safety standards\n
