What You’ll Do

• Train as a server first to build a strong foundation in our service standards and guest philosophy
• Deliver exceptional bar service with speed, confidence, and personality
• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks to spec for both bar guests and service well
• Prep juices, syrups, and garnishes daily to keep our bar program fresh and consistent
• Build strong guest relationships—remembering names, favorite cocktails, and special moments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout each shift
• Support the broader team by jumping into server shifts as needed

You’re a Great Fit If You…

• Are 21+ with flexible availability including nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Have bartending or serving experience in a high-volume setting
• Communicate clearly, multitask like a pro, and stay calm under pressure
