This position collaborates with regional leadership, physicians, providers, practice management, and staff to ensure efficient operations. This role develops plans to achieve short and long-term goals, ensuring compliance with budgets and financial performance. In addition, this position supervises staff associates and manages multiple specialties, clinics, and providers. This role serves as a patient advocate and promotes ethical management behavior. **The value you'll bring to the team:** + Manages daily operations and overall performance of the practice to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. + Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates office and clinical staff, providing guidance and feedback as needed. + Develops and implements action plans to improve practice performance in areas such as employee turnover, patient access, and financial outcomes. + Oversees budgeting and financial analysis, providing input for future budgets and financial needs. + Monitors patient flow and ensures appropriate utilization of provider time and staff coverage. + Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA and AHCA. **The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:** **Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree + Active American Heart Association BLS **Preferred qualifications:** + 3 years of supervisory experience in a physician practice + Certified by Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM) + Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) + Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
