We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager who can lead by example, support smooth daily operations, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service

• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Maintain high standards for food quality, speed, and presentation
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints professionally
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS accuracy

Team Leadership

• Assist with training, coaching, and supervising team members
• Create a positive work environment with clear communication
• Help manage shift scheduling and coverage
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and food-handling standards

Inventory & Administration

• Assist with weekly inventory counts and supply ordering
• Control food waste and manage product prep levels
• Maintain logs, checklists, incident reports, and temperature records
• Support compliance with company policies and Oregon labor laws

Qualifications

• Prior QSR/fast-casual or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead a team during busy rushes
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working evenings/weekends
• Food Handler’s Card (or ability to obtain one)
