Description and Requirements

Responsible for optimizing production processes using industrial engineering analysis and chrono analysis on production. This role requires a hands-on approach to industrial manufacturing engineering, supporting the design of resources, labor requirements, and tooling needed for manufacturing. Will collect manufacturing times, understand line balance, and work continuously to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble server components including motherboards, CPUs, memory modules, storage devices, and power supplies.
  • Operate automated and manual tools for installation, fastening, and testing.
  • Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and safety protocols.
  • Log production data and report any defects or process deviations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and improve workflow.
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations, adhering to ESD (electrostatic discharge) and cleanroom standards.
  • Support packaging and labeling of finished server units for shipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or technical certification; associate degree in electronics or manufacturing is a plus.
  • Experience in electronics or server hardware assembly preferred.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use basic diagnostic tools.
  • Familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment interface.
  • Ability to lift and handle server components safely.
