Home Care Physical Therapist
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30p
The Physical Therapist (PT) uses clinical expertise, physical assessment, teaching and skilled therapy interventions to deliver high quality patient care in the patient’s place of residence.
Graduate of a Physical Therapist education program approved by The Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
Licensed as a PT by the state in which practicing, unless licensure does not apply within state regulation.
State License Requirement:
