Schedule: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you'll manage the full cycle of accounts payable - from matching purchase orders and processing invoices to ensuring timely payments and resolving vendor inquiries. You'll work closely with another AP Clerk, providing a collaborative and supportive environment where teamwork and accuracy are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Input, match, and verify invoices with purchase orders
• Gather and maintain W-9 forms for new vendors
• Track vendor-related debit and credit memos
• Scan and organize supporting documents (PODs, invoices, checks, etc.)
• Adjust inventory for damaged shipments or in-house damages
• Process direct ship billings
• Reconcile and balance monthly ACH payments to vendors and sales reps
• Ensure invoices are paid accurately and on time
• Enter expense reports for sales teams
• Make corrections to uninvoiced PO reports as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and 10-key data entry
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
