About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Carpenters to join our team in Manchester, CT. This role covers everything from framing to finish carpentry, working with both steel and wood studs. You’ll be a key part of projects that require precision, craftsmanship, and a strong work ethic.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing framing and finish carpentry on commercial and residential construction sites
• Working with steel and wood studs to build strong, precise structures
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and project plans
• Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
• Ensuring all work complies with safety guidelines, including OSHA 10 requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in both commercial and residential carpentry
• Skilled in framing through finish carpentry
• Comfortable working with steel and wood stud framing
• Possession of your own tools
• OSHA 10 certification required
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and reliability
