RN ??? Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Pay: $55/hr
RN ??? Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Contract: 13 weeks (possible extension up to 1 year)
RN ??? Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Shift: 7:00 AM ??? 7:30 PM
RN ??? Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Unit: 25-bed Med/Surg/Tele (Acuity Adaptable)

• 25-bed Med/Surg/Telemetry acuity-adaptable unit
• Ratios: 1:5???1:6 depending on patient acuity
• Must have:
  • Epic experience within the last 12 months
  • Phlebotomy experience (within last 12 months)
• Floating required based on census and staffing
• Charge RN experience highly preferred but not required
• RN must be willing to be trained for Charge RN responsibilities
• Interviews required

• Taking a patient assignment
• Pyxis checks
• Crash cart checks
• Assigning admissions
• Acting as liaison to supervisor
• Assigning breaks and meals
• Creating next-shift assignments based on care needs

• Active RN license
• BLS and ACLS required (must be in file for submission)
• 2+ years of recent Med/Surg & Telemetry experience
• EPIC experience (last 12 months) must be listed clearly on resume
• Ability to float
• Solid black scrubs required
• Must be willing to work every other holiday
• Accredited nursing degree required (ACEN or CCNE)
• RTO due at submission
  • Max 7 days allowed (more = automatic rejection)
  • Block schedule requests considered case-by-case
