As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with inquiries related to corporate services, ensuring they receive the highest level of support while communicating in Greek.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to corporate services, including business registration, compliance, and financial services via phone, email, and chat in Greek.
• Provide clients with detailed information about service offerings and assist with the application processes.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with internal departments to expedite service delivery and address client concerns.
• Stay informed about changes in corporate regulations and business processes to provide accurate guidance to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a corporate services or business environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing inquiries.
