Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of current substance abuse/detox nursing experience (required)
\n
• Previous travel experience (minimum 6 months)
\n
• Active Massachusetts RN License
\n
• AHA BLS Certification
\n
• Behavioral Health experience alone is not sufficient—recent detox/substance abuse experience is mandatory.
\n
• Meditech Expanse experience preferred
\n
• BSN preferred
\n
• Must have a personal vehicle
\n

Schedule:

\n

\n
• 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
\n
• Every other weekend and holidays as needed
\n
• Possible on-call
\n
• Personal scrubs of any color permitted
\n

Join a well-established behavioral health program providing inpatient detoxification and substance abuse treatment. The facility offers a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with psychiatric providers, nurses, social workers, psychologists, and other behavioral health professionals dedicated to delivering comprehensive mental health and addiction care. This is a 20-bed inpatient detox unit caring for adult patients undergoing substance withdrawal and recovery. Nurses are responsible for patient assessments, medication administration, withdrawal monitoring, crisis intervention, care planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate care.
