Join our small but mighty Bellingham WISe team — a close-knit, passionate group committed to supporting youth with complex behavioral health needs and helping families thrive.
WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) uses a family-driven, strengths-based approach to provide Medicaid-eligible youth up to age 21 with intensive outpatient care in their natural environments — homes, schools, and communities.

What You’ll DoAs a Child & Family Therapist, you’ll:
Provide clinical services to youth and families using evidence-based practices.
Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to build individualized, creative, and strength-focused treatment plans.
Deliver therapy in home, community, and office settings.
Participate in the rotation of after-hours crisis response (initial assessment, risk evaluation, outreach).
Receive specialized training in intensive mental health interventions upon hire.
MA/MS/MSW in a Behavioral Science-related field.
Meets qualifications as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per Washington Administrative Code.
Eligible to apply as an Agency Affiliated Counselor if not already licensed or associate licensed.
Ability to pass a background check.
Valid WA State Driver’s License, insured vehicle.
Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS) designation preferred.
Experience in mental health, medical, or social services.
Familiarity with or willingness to learn evidence-based practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong documentation, communication, and boundary-setting skills.
