Overnight Cleaning Lead

Environment Control  is searching for a Full-time Overnight Cleaning Lead to help assist our team in the Wheeling and Surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities:

• Must be a career-minded individual
• Previous work for a cleaning company a plus but not required
• Start time Overnight- 8:00pm to 4:30am Monday - Friday with weekend rotation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid Driver License with a driving record that is insurable by business insurance standards

Qualified candidates must also possess good communication skills, demonstrated past leadership abilities, or a willingness to learn. To qualify, you must be able to perform continuous physical activity at a reasonably fast pace, including walking, standing, bending, reaching and lifting and carrying (up to 40 pounds). Typical duties could include trash removal, dusting, spray-cleaning, vacuuming, mopping and cleaning of restrooms.

Lead duties include: Training new employees, delivering supplies, inspection of accounts.
