A top-tier property management company is looking to hire a reliable and experienced Make Ready / Turn Technician for a high-volume community in Greensboro. This position is time-sensitive and needs to be filled quickly.
Position: Make Ready / Turn Technician
Location: Greensboro, NC
Pay: Competitive (DOE)
⏱️ Schedule: Full-time
️ Responsibilities & Required Skills:
- Complete unit turns start-to-finish
- Painting, patching, and drywall repair
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Basic appliance troubleshooting
- General maintenance support as needed
- Reliable transportation required
- Must have basic hand tools
- EPA certification is a plus but not required
