Associate Attorney

Criminal Defense Attorney: Licensed Pa. attorney to work out of Lackawanna County office to represent clients in serious felony and misdemeanor cases in the various criminal courts located throughout Northeast Pa. from initial consultation to post-sentencing, including trial.

This is not an entry level position. Successful candidate will work independently and must be proficient in all aspects of criminal defense including contesting preliminary hearings, drafting motions, brief writing, guilty pleas, sentencing hearings, and jury trials. Applicants must have criminal law trial experience, ideally as a private criminal defense attorney, prosecutor, or public defender. Exceptional starting salary and work conditions.
